1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Luck95 ("Luck95", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Luck95 online gaming platform available at luck95.app and any associated mobile applications.

By accessing the Luck95 platform in any way — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or downloading the Luck95 app — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. These Terms apply to all products and services offered on Luck95 including sports betting, casino games, slot games, fish shooting games and live casino.

Luck95 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To open a Luck95 account and use the platform you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Luck95 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration including your real name, date of birth, contact number and payment details.
• You must not already hold an existing Luck95 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement or account closure that remains in effect on Luck95.

Luck95 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed and any pending withdrawals being placed on hold pending verification.

Luck95 may decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3 Account Rules

Each individual is permitted to hold only one Luck95 account. If you already hold an account, you must not open a second account for any reason including to claim a new player bonus. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, Luck95 will close the duplicate accounts and may void all bonuses and winnings associated with them.

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your Luck95 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether those actions were taken by you personally or by someone who accessed your account with or without your knowledge.

• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential at all times.
• Never share your account access with any other person including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify Luck95 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Ensure your registered contact number and email address remain accurate and up to date.

Luck95 may suspend or close any account at its discretion if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if maintaining the account would be contrary to the interests of the platform or other players.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Luck95 are made and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfer, standard bank transfer and other payment methods listed on the Deposit page. Available methods and minimum deposit amounts are shown at the time of deposit and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are made for the purpose of betting and gaming on the Luck95 platform only. Luck95 does not accept deposits for any other purpose. Deposited funds must not originate from illegal sources and must belong to the account holder. Any deposit suspected to be connected to money laundering or other financial crime will be reported and the associated account will be closed.

• Deposits are typically credited to your Luck95 balance within a few minutes of processing by your payment provider.
• In rare cases where a deposit does not reflect after the expected processing time, contact Luck95 support with your transaction reference number.
• Luck95 does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Luck95 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion, including as part of responsible gaming measures.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Luck95 account are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your account. Luck95 aims to process withdrawal requests promptly, with JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically completing faster than bank transfer options. Exact processing times depend on your chosen payment provider and are displayed at the time of requesting a withdrawal.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified. Identity and payment verification documents must have been submitted and approved.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your balance must be fully completed.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum withdrawal threshold shown on the Withdrawal page.
• Your withdrawal must be directed to a payment method you have previously used for a deposit, unless an exception has been approved by Luck95 support.

Luck95 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals or where unusual account activity has been identified. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where Luck95 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Luck95 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses for new registrations, deposit match offers, free bet promotions and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the Pakistan Super League (PSL) and T20 international series. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion.

General bonus rules that apply across all Luck95 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, per IP address and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses is considered fraud.
• Bonuses have an expiry date or validity window. Unused bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements that lapse after the stated period are forfeited automatically.

7 Sports Betting Rules

Luck95 offers sports betting on cricket including PSL, T20 internationals, Test matches and One Day Internationals, as well as football, esports and other sports listed in the sports section. Pre-match and live in-play betting are both available subject to market availability at the time of placing your bet.

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Luck95 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred. Affected players will be notified and their stake returned.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to a brief delay for integrity purposes. Luck95 does not guarantee the availability of live markets for every fixture.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned may be voided and the stake returned, depending on the applicable sport rules and market type.
• Maximum stake and maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing your bet.
• Luck95 does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the official result from the relevant governing body — such as the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for PSL and international cricket fixtures — takes precedence.

Luck95 monitors betting patterns for integrity purposes. Accounts displaying unusual betting activity that suggests match fixing awareness, insider information or coordinated betting may be suspended pending investigation and bets may be voided.

8 Casino, Slots & Games

Luck95 offers casino and gaming products including live casino table games, slot games, fish shooting games and other game formats. All games on the Luck95 platform use certified random number generation (RNG) systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not manipulated by Luck95 in any way.

• Game rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages and minimum/maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game session, Luck95 will attempt to resolve the session based on the last confirmed game state. Where resolution is not possible, the stake may be returned at Luck95's discretion.
• Winnings from games are credited to your Luck95 PKR balance and are available for withdrawal subject to the standard withdrawal conditions.
• Luck95 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of a player's own decisions during game play.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Luck95. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person to open a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit bonuses or interact with games.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in casino games, poker or any other competitive game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical glitches to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown error are void.

• Reselling, transferring or allowing another person to use your Luck95 account.

10 Privacy & Data

• Luck95 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks or any other external service.
• To the maximum extent permitted, Luck95's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of the player's account balance at the time of the incident.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable.
